Joy Anthony, NP
Joy is a Board Certified Family and Cardiovascular Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of experience in caring for patients. She earned her Masters Degree in Nursing from Southern Adventist University in 2014.
Joy brings a wealth of experience to Brainerd Primary Care. While primarily caring for patients in a hospital setting, she has also been part of a cardiology team and an outpatient clinic where she helped prevent, diagnose, and treat a variety of health conditions.
Joy has two small children and loves being a mom. Her hobbies include running, DYI projects, and baking and decorating cakes.
Ashley Turucz, AGPCNP
Ashley joined us in early 2026 and is an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. She recently moved to TN and is enjoying exploring Chattanooga and becoming part of the Brainerd community.
Renay Scott, FNP-C
Renay has been a Family Nurse Practitioner for nine years. She got her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Kennesaw State University and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2015. She has been with Brainerd Primary Care since April 2024.
Renay is passionate about preventative medicine and helping patients live their best and healthiest lives.
When not working, Renay enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and trying new restaurants.
